Hello and Welcome,
My therapist said I should write a journal of my most personal deepest darkest thoughts. I found BlogSpot.com this great online personal journaling site. A place where you can share your thoughts and keep it private. It's not like its out there on the internet for everyone to read.
So I will be making entries into this "journal" about everything from my daily roller coaster of a life to politics, to boring brags about my kids. And since I know no one can read this I will pretty much say whatever I want.
